Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled only if the product has not yet been shipped from our warehouse.

To request cancellation, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible with your order number and registered contact details. The existing Reckeweg FAQ also states that cancellation is permitted only before dispatch.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Once a cancellation is accepted and the refund becomes applicable, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method.

For eligible prepaid transactions, refunds are generally processed through the same transaction/payment method used for the original purchase.

The existing Reckeweg FAQ states that refunds for cancelled/non-available medicines are processed within 3–10 business days after confirmation.

Actual credit time may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment service provider.

Damaged Product

If you receive a product that is damaged or broken during delivery, please contact Customer Care immediately after receiving the order.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs/videos of the damaged package or product, if requested

After verification, we may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund. The existing Reckeweg FAQ states that damaged products or wrong medicines should be reported immediately to Customer Care.

Wrong Product / Wrong Medicine

If you receive a product different from the product ordered, please contact us immediately.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution after verification.

Non-Available Product

If an ordered product becomes unavailable and the order cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount for that product will be refunded according to the applicable payment/refund process.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, processing may take 3–10 business days, subject to the payment method and banking/payment service provider.
